Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven US IT Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment (Contract, C2H, Full-time).
Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, Boolean search, internal databases, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial technical interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Work closely with Account Managers and US clients to understand job requirements.
Submit qualified candidates within defined TAT.
Negotiate compensation rates with candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate database and update ATS regularly.
Ensure compliance with US work authorization (US Citizen, GC, EAD, H1B, TN, OPT, etc.).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.

Required Skills:

2–8 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, SAP, Salesforce, Data, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
Hands-on experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099.
Knowledge of US tax terms and visa classifications.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work night shifts (US timings).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹36,000.00 - ₹600,797.06 per month
