Role Description

The Tele-counselor role is a full-time, on-site position based at our office in Ghaziabad/Greater Noida. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for communicating with clients and prospective customers via telephone, providing accurate information, and addressing inquiries to offer tailored solutions. Daily tasks include conducting outbound and inbound calls, presenting and explaining services, maintaining records of client interactions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role demands strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to effectively handle client concerns and suggest appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain services over the phone.
• Customer service skills, including problem-solving and maintaining professionalism in client interactions.
• Capability in managing and organizing client data and maintaining accurate call records.
• Basic knowledge of telecommunication tools and software like CRM systems is preferred.
• Ability to quickly understand company services and align solutions to individual client needs.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in customer-facing positions is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams to meet objectives and deliver optimal support to clients.
