Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst (IT Services)

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst with 3–5+ years of experience to join our IT Services team. This role is ideal for someone who can effectively manage client-facing projects while translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Project Management

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT services projects for global clients
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations

Business Analysis

• Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Convert business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs
• Work closely with development, QA, and UI/UX teams for execution
• Support UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities

• 3–5+ years of experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Software Development environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Basic technical understanding (APIs, databases, integrations, or cloud platforms)

• Experience working with international clients or distributed teams
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or CBAP/CCBA
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Background in software development or technical architecture
