Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, requirements, and expectations.
• Define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Gather and document client requirements, translating them into actionable tasks for the technical team.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and clients
• Ensure client satisfaction and handle any concerns or changes in project scope.
• Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
• Work closely with web designers, developers, and other technical team members to ensure project goals are met.
• Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving to unblock the team and keep projects on track.
• Conduct thorough reviews of work provided by team members.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and correspondence.
• Utilize knowledge of platforms such as HubSpot, to guide project development and implementation.
• Provide technical insights and recommendations to improve project outcomes and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.
  
  
  

Skills Required for this role:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly coordinate between teams and stakeholders
• Strong project coordination abilities including task tracking, timeline management, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery
• Curiosity and eagerness to explore new technologies, platforms, and evolving digital workflows
• Interest in learning and experimenting with AI tools, automation tools, and emerging productivity technologies
• Ability to document requirements, meeting notes, project updates, and maintain organized project records
• Basic understanding of digital product development or website technologies and ability to work effectively with technical teams
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
