 What You Will Do 

* Speak with students and parents to understand their career needs

* Explain programs and services clearly and honestly

* Guide students toward suitable career options

* Handle calls, follow-ups, and in-person discussions

* Work toward defined targets after structured training

* This role involves career counselling combined with conversion responsibility.

 Training & Support 

* Structured onboarding and product training

Consultation & communication skill development

* Gradual exposure to targets

* Regular feedback and review discussions

 What We Expect From You 

* Basic communication skills (English / Malayalam)

* Comfort speaking with people over calls and in person

* Willingness to learn consultative sales

* Positive attitude and consistency

* Any degree (MBA / Management preferred, not mandatory)
