As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.
Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage projects of various size and scope, identifying future opportunities, improving processes and driving the technical directions of your programs.

Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in technical program management leading projects.
- Experience working across a distributed, and highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
- Understanding of program management methodologies, best practices, and tools.
- Knowledge of Cloud support.

Responsibilities
- Provide software development project management practices, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes. Work with Software Engineers, Product Managers, business stakeholders and other Engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle.
- Manage project schedules, proactively identify risks, come up with mitigation plans and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keep up a high velocity in a fluid environment to drive successful execution of strategic programs, ensure on-time delivery, within budget while meeting pre-aligned requirements.
- Lead several technical programs for the Google Cloud business, setting priorities for products and engineering, lead cross-functional teams to take products to market, ensure success metrics are informing future efforts, and quickly fine tune the program as needed.
