Role Overview

The Product Manager at Propertist will be responsible for defining product strategy, driving development, and optimizing technology-driven solutions for real estate marketing. The role acts as a bridge between business objectives and technical execution, collaborating closely with engineering and marketing teams to deliver scalable, data-driven digital products from ideation to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy aligned with business goals and long-term vision.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, user needs, and growth opportunities.
• Lead the development and scaling of B2C digital products with strong focus on user experience, engagement, and revenue impact.
• Translate business and client requirements into clear technical documentation (PRDs, user stories, product roadmaps).
• Drive end-to-end feature implementation from requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch optimization.
• Coordinate with external technology partners to ensure smooth and timely execution of product enhancements.
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, adoption metrics, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and usage data to enhance product features and overall user experience.
• Identify risks, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines and budgets.
• Oversee implementation of AI and Machine Learning–based enhancements such as predictive lead scoring, smart recommendations, behavioral analytics, and automation systems.
• Stay updated with real estate tech trends, digital marketing technologies, and emerging AI-driven product innovations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into detailed PRDs, user stories, technical documentation, and product roadmaps.
• Solid technical understanding of APIs, system architecture, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and third-party integrations.
• Working knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., .NET, React, Node.js, Python) to effectively understand system architecture and drive technical discussions.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deployment workflows is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in problem-solving, prioritization, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between clients, business teams, and technology partners.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts such as predictive models, recommendation engines, and data-driven decision systems.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Technical Product Management
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (preferred)
• Experience building or managing technology products within the Real Estate B2B ecosystem (preferred).

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
