Major Services and Contracts – Jhagadia.
CAPEX – Jhagadia Operations
Applying for Advance Payment and following up for advance closure
Coordination with Technical Team in finalizing the Guaranteed Technical parameters.
Close coordination with Finance team for payment
Close coordination with Technical team
Conducting E-Auctions.
Vendor development & registration
Vendor evaluation
Drafting and analysing Contracts.
Monthly CAPEX Report
Finalize forwarders for imports, coordination for pick up, delivery up to SG sites, payment to suppliers and PO

maintenance for ZM and other logistics costs.
