Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jatani, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The Store Manager leads and supervises the store team, including scheduling, task allocation, performance feedback, and ongoing training. This role includes managing visual merchandising, stock levels, and product displays to align with brand standards and sales objectives. The Store Manager monitors sales performance, implements promotional activities, and manages cash handling and basic reporting. The position also focuses on maintaining store cleanliness and safety, resolving customer concerns, reducing retail losses, and upholding company policies and procedures.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, to create a welcoming and supportive shopping experience.
• Effective Communication skills for guiding team members, coordinating with management, and interacting with customers.
• Demonstrated Store Management capabilities, including staff supervision, inventory oversight, and daily operational control.
• Awareness of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and protect store assets.
• Experience in retail or fashion merchandising; prior supervisory or managerial experience in a store environment is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Jatani, including weekends and peak shopping hours as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical, inclusive workplace practices.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and store reporting tools; familiarity with sales tracking and inventory management is an advantage.
