Role Description
Blitz Academy Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and motivated Team Leader - Sales for a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service. Core tasks include monitoring team performance, providing guidance, building client relationships, and analyzing market trends to develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales data and develop improvement strategies.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership, including team motivation and performance enhancement.
- Exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with both team members and clients.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in sales and leadership roles, especially in education or training sectors, is an advantage.
