Function/ Department: Affordable Mortgage Loans

Job Purpose

To deliver exceptional client service with a strong focus on customer retention and long-term relationship management.

Drive product sales and spearhead the acquisition of new clients to support business growth and market expansion.

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate sales opportunities for both self and team members by proactively identifying and pursuing potential leads.
Focus on acquiring new clients, with a strong emphasis on building a high-yield Loan AGainst Property portfolio.
Ensure the overall health and quality of the loan book through diligent monitoring and risk management.
Embrace and advocate the use of digital tools and platforms to drive efficiency and enhance customer engagement.
Lead by example—groom, mentor, and support team members to achieve their professional goals and business objectives.
Uphold the highest standards of customer experience and ensure strict adherence to regulatory and compliance norms.
Build strong relationships with colleagues across different business verticals to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications: Any Graduate
