Job Title: Store Incharge

Location: Tushar Trans Equipment Pvt ltd, Bharuch, Gujarat

Department: Stores

Experience Required: 4 to 5 Years

Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Store Incharge to manage our store operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment and strong knowledge of ERP systems and Tally software. You will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, handling inventory management, and ensuring timely issue and receipt of materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day store operations and inventory control.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and ensure stock availability.
  • Perform regular stock audits and physical verification.
  • Monitor inward and outward movement of materials.
  • Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch departments.
  • Maintain and update inventory records in ERP and Tally.
  • Ensure proper documentation of GRN, issue slips, gate pass, etc.
  • Handle material handling staff and ensure store discipline.
  • Maintain FIFO/LIFO and avoid material shortages or excesses.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports with management.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Tally
  • Good understanding of storekeeping and inventory procedures
  • Proficient in MS Excel and report preparation
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
