Role And Key Responsibilities

Seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee the Mortgage Operations Team.

  • Responsible to lead, mentor, and manage teams in Mortgage Operations, provide guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals
  • Conduct regular performance evaluation and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Monitor and manage teams workflow ensuring timely completion of applications processing or auditing
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance standards for the processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of process and assessor files to ensure compliance and identify areas of improvement
  • Identify the areas of process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the process.
  • Identify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective action
  • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’) and financial expectations
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline the process and improve overall operational effectiveness
  • Address any discrepancies or issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders – clients
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and KPI’s to all stakeholders
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement action plans based on insights
  • Promote CNX values- walk the talk and lead by example

Key Skills And Knowledge

a strong background in mortgage, insurance, or banking, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

  • Two to four years of relevant experience in Banking, Finance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Mortgage / Insurance / Banking domains.
  • Proven track record of effectively leading and developing a team.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Highly motivated individuals with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to team members.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work in a flexible schedule – 3 am login

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate / post-graduate
