Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser, based in Karur. The Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing product requirements, and overseeing the order lifecycle. Duties include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, collaborating with internal teams on product planning, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products to meet client specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Customer Service and Sales experience to manage client relationships and promote company products.
• Expertise in Retail and Marketing to ensure optimal product presentation and market outreach.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of textiles or fabric products is an advantage.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for merchandising and inventory management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textiles, or a related field is preferred.
