We are hiring Customer Service & Sales Executives for Domestic and International Voice Processes. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions professionally, resolving queries, and supporting sales activities as per process requirements.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Perform sales, upselling, or lead conversion (for sales roles)
• Maintain call logs and update customer records in CRM systems
• Follow company communication and quality standards
• Achieve individual and team performance targets
• Coordinate with internal teams when required

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
• Experience: 0 – 5 Years
• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
• Good command of English (mandatory)
• Willingness to work in day/night/rotational shifts

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
