About the Company:

Infosec Ventures is a cybersecurity SaaS incubator. We build and scale products — HumanFirewall.io, EmailAuth.io, BugsBounty.com, SecurityRating.com, and others — targeting CISOs, IT security teams, and enterprise buyers across global markets.


Role Overview:

The Team Lead will build, manage, and drive a high-performing team of recruitment sales consultants focused on selling CyberforceHQ to healthcare, IT and cybersecurity clients. This role requires someone who has already sold recruitment solutions (RaaS, staffi ng services, talent consulting, project-based hiring, etc.) and can manage everything from lead generation to closure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 5 junior recruitment sales consultants.
  • Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → demos → negotiation → closure.
  • Sell CyberforceHQ's recruitment tech solutions to healthcare, IT, and cybersecurity clients.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, outbound channels, cold outreach, and partnerships. ● Set weekly/monthly targets for the team and track performance.
  • Train and guide the team on:
  • Recruitment sales methodologies
  • Product pitching
  • Lead generation
  • Consultative selling
  • Work closely with the product and leadership team to refi ne pitch, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure long-term retention.


Required Experience:

  • Mandatory: Experience in a recruitment consultancy, staffi ng fi rm, or RPO business.
  • Strong background in selling:
  • Recruitment as a service
  • Staffi ng solutions
  • Talent consulting
  • Must have domain experience in healthcare IT and/or cybersecurity recruitment.
  • Proven track record in recruitment solutions sales.
  • Experience in managing a sales or recruitment team is preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written + verbal).
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, funnels, SDR workfl ows, CRMs, and outreach tools.
  • Must have experience handling the entire sales cycle independently.
