Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Site Civil Engineer. The Site Civil Engineer will oversee the planning, execution, and management of civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budgets, and timelines. The role includes responsibilities such as supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, preparing progress reports, and collaborating with project teams and contractors. The Site Civil Engineer will also ensure the implementation of quality assurance measures and monitor stormwater management systems for sustainable site development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and practical application of Civil Engineering principles
• Knowledgeable in planning and overseeing site activities, with an ability to manage project timelines and budgets
• Experience in Stormwater Management and sustainable site development practices
• Capability to collaborate and work effectively as a Civil Engineer within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with construction software and tools for project management is a plus
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to safety compliance
• Experience between 1-2 Years only.
• Budget is 20-25k.
