Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer based in Bhubaneswar. The Site Civil Engineer will oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring the execution of designs and plans with precision. Responsibilities include civil engineering design, on-site supervision, planning and scheduling, monitoring stormwater management systems, and collaborating with the team to address project challenges. The role demands attention to detail and proficiency in ensuring project quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and expertise in the core principles of Civil Engineering
• Experience in Planning and executing construction projects with efficiency and accuracy
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management systems and their practical implementation
• Ability to collaborate with Civil Engineers and other stakeholders for seamless project delivery
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with engineering software and tools is an asset
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Relevant licenses or certifications in civil engineering are advantageous
