Role Description

The Site Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, execution, and supervision of civil works at project sites related to environmental infrastructure such as STP/ETP, drainage systems, foundations, pipelines, and allied civil structures, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute civil construction activities at site as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project manager, contractors, vendors, and site supervisors for smooth project execution.
• Ensure civil works related to STP/ETP tanks, foundations, RCC structures, pipelines, chambers, and flooring are carried out correctly.
• Check and ensure quality of materials and workmanship as per standards and company guidelines.
• Monitor daily site activities and prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and assist in planning work schedules.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing teams for integrated project execution.
• Maintain site measurements, prepare MB (Measurement Book), and verify bills of contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms, environmental regulations, and company policies at site.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and provide practical solutions.
• Maintain proper site documentation including drawings, approvals, and reports.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2–5 years of site experience, preferably in environmental projects, STP/ETP, industrial or infrastructure works.
• Knowledge of RCC, foundation works, pipelines, drainage, and finishing works.
