Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Team Coordinator – Ad Operations to support and manage end-to-end digital advertising operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality campaign delivery while acting as a key liaison between clients, onshore teams, and internal Ad Operations resources.
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Google Ad Manager (GAM), demonstrates leadership capability, and ensures operational excellence across campaign execution, reporting, and quality assurance.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and onshore stakeholders on campaign setup, delivery status, and operational queries
- Proactively communicate campaign progress, risks, and resolutions to ensure transparency and trust
- Oversee the setup, trafficking, and optimization of digital ad campaigns in Google Ad Manager (GAM)
- Ensure accurate implementation of line items, creatives, targeting parameters, and delivery requirements
- Lead campaign Quality Assurance (QA) to maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and performance
- Monitor campaign pacing, impressions, CTR, and delivery health; initiate optimizations as required
- Produce and validate performance and delivery reports for client and internal review
- Lead day-to-day coordination of Ad Operations team activities
- Review work completed by team members to ensure accuracy and adherence to best practices
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and ongoing feedback to develop team capability
- Support workload planning, task prioritization, and deadline management
- Drive process consistency, documentation standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Possess working knowledge of team utilization, productivity tracking, daily reports, and monthly reporting for effective team management
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), team handling, and client-facing responsibilities
- Solid understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, trafficking workflows, and ad delivery mechanics
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and cross-functional collaboration
- High attention to detail with a strong quality and compliance mindset
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate team members
- 3–6 years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Digital Media Operations
- Prior experience in a client-facing or lead coordination role preferred
- Experience working with global clients or onshore teams is an added advantage
- Australian shift: 3:30 AM IST / 4:30 AM IST (subject to business requirements)
- Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office – all 5 days)
