Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Chennai. In this role, you will identify and establish relationships with potential clients and partners, actively seek out new business opportunities, and translate market research into actionable strategies. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, creating proposals, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that align with organizational goals and track key business development metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, and partnership management
- Strong analytical and market research skills to identify opportunities and generate insights
- Proficiency in client relationship management and negotiation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with a results-driven approach
- Proficiency in using CRM software and familiarity with data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Previous experience in healthcare, technology, or a similar sector is advantageous
