About Finkraft

Finkraft is a B2B SaaS platform that helps enterprises recover what they're owed from the complexity of modern business travel and finance — starting with GST input tax credit recovery and reconciliation. We work with 100+ enterprises today, including Fortune 500 corporates, global consulting firms, airlines, embassies, and travel ecosystems.

We're now building something larger: the finance operating system that sits between booking, identity, invoicing, payment, and reconciliation across the UAE and the wider GCC.



Why this role exists
We're hiring fast across Tech, Product, Data, Business, and Ops, and every one of those hires directly scales a product that recovers real money for India's largest enterprises — GST credit on corporate travel that would otherwise expire unclaimed. The roles are funded, the founders close hard, and the work is visible from day one. What we're missing is someone who can keep five pipelines full without the wheels coming off.


What you'll own

  • Full-cycle hiring across Tech, Product, Data, Business, and Ops — you run it end to end, from sourcing to onboarding handoff
  • Active sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, communities, and direct outreach — you go find people, you don't wait for inbound
  • Screening against role rubrics and keeping candidates moving with zero drop-off
  • Sharpening role requirements directly with hiring managers and founders — you push back when a JD is vague, you don't just take the req
  • Candidate experience from first touch to offer close
  • Pipeline health: time-to-hire, funnel conversion, source quality

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • A genuine hunter — you source proactively and you're comfortable with cold outreach that actually converts
  • Proven ability to run several open roles at once without hand-holding
  • Clear, credible communication that makes candidates and hiring managers trust you
  • Hands-on with at least one ATS (Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
  • Bonus: fintech, B2B SaaS, or high-growth startup hiring; experience filling Data/AI-adjacent roles
