✅ Who We’re Looking ForA passionate, energetic, and career‑driven individual who has:
✨ Minimum 6 months of corporate recruitment exposure (internship or full-time)
✨ Strong hands-on experience with sourcing portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
✨ Comfort using Boolean search, filters, and modern sourcing tricks
✨ A strong LinkedIn presence and an active social media network
✨ Excellent communication skills — spoken & written
✨ Good command over Excel & presentation skills (building trackers, reports, dashboards)
✨ Flexibility with dynamic working hours based on hiring needs
✨ The ability to multitask, coordinate, and stay organized in a fast-paced setup
✅ What You’ll Get to Do- Source, attract, and engage potential candidates
- Work with multiple hiring channels and platforms
- Build strong candidate pipelines using your LinkedIn & social connections
- Coordinate interviews and support the end-to-end hiring cycle
- Contribute ideas to improve recruitment strategies
- Learn the art of candidate experience, employer branding & assessment skills
