Job Title: Account Manager / Customer Success Manager – Azure & Microsoft 365

Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Department: Customer Success / Sales


Role Summary

We are seeking an Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to own post-sales relationships for our Azure and Microsoft 365 customer portfolio. The role is responsible for retention, expansion, and long-term account growth. This is a revenue-focused position centered on identifying upsell opportunities, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and driving adoption of cloud services.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own and manage a portfolio of Azure and Microsoft 365 customer accounts
  • Drive account growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with structured usage and roadmap discussions
  • Build relationships with IT leaders and business stakeholders
  • Maintain expansion pipeline and forecast account growth
  • Act as the primary strategic advisor for assigned customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align delivery with customer goals
  • Track customer health metrics and engagement
  • Identify risks early and implement retention plans
