Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Manager – Sales /Front Desk to manage customer interactions at our clinic location and drive revenue through lead conversion, follow-ups, and effective cross-selling and up-selling of products and treatment packages.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and ensure a warm, professional, and high-quality customer experience
  • Manage front desk operations, including patient check-ins, queries, and appointment coordination
  • Manage and schedule appointments using the clinic CRM system (Cliniceo)
  • Schedule consultations with dermatologists and align therapists and medical staff accordingly
  • Counsel customers on dermatology products and treatment packages & services
  • Drive cross-selling and up-selling of products, services, and packages to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat sales and long-term value
  • Follow up on leads consistently and ensure high lead-to-conversion ratios
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic floor operations and coordination across teams
  • Prepare and maintain daily and monthly sales reports
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in healthcare, dermatology, wellness, or beauty
  • Hands-on experience managing appointments using CRM systems (Cliniceo preferred)
  • Proven experience in lead conversion, cross-selling, and up-selling
  • Customer-focused mindset with a consultative sales approach
  • Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-driven environment
  • Presentable, confident, and professional in communication
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skill
