We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build and scale a high-performing team at our growing advertising and creative agency.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of agency hiring and has strong familiarity with talent pools relevant to advertising, marketing, and creative roles.
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing top talent across content, design, performance marketing, and client-facing functions while supporting a strong internal culture and hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for advertising and creative agency roles
- Hire across copywriting, content, design, video, social media, performance marketing, and account management positions
- Manage the complete hiring lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future agency hiring needs
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, creative communities, and relevant professional networks
- Ensure a smooth, timely, and professional candidate experience throughout the process
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring priorities and workforce planning
- Coordinate onboarding support to ensure successful integration of new hires
- Strengthen employer branding and contribute to agency culture-building initiatives
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (agency/startup experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of hiring practices and talent pools specific to digital advertising and creative industries
- Proven ability to hire across creative, marketing, and growth roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn recruiting tools, job portals, and ATS platforms
