Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Team Lead, located in Thrissur, Kerala. The SEO Team Lead will oversee and implement SEO strategies, perform keyword research, oversee link-building campaigns, and manage on-page SEO optimization. Daily tasks include analyzing website performance through web analytics tools, monitoring rankings and traffic, and working collaboratively with the marketing team to identify optimization opportunities and execute strategies to improve organic search visibility and ranking on search engines.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Keyword Research, On-Page SEO, and optimizing content for search engines
• Proficiency in Link Building strategies and techniques
• Experience in using Web Analytics tools to evaluate website performance and user behaviors
• Solid understanding of Marketing principles and integration with SEO strategies
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar platforms
• Prior experience managing SEO projects and teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
