Experience Required:

4+ years in recruitment consultancy / staffing firms

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant with a strong background in recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring, stakeholder management, and working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple clients
• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, references, and networking
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with clients
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates
• Handle offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
• Maintain accurate records in ATS / internal systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in recruitment consultancy / staffing firms
• Strong expertise in sourcing and closing roles across domains
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

Compensation

• CTC will range between ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s experience, skill set, and interview performance
