Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth & Marketing Lead.

You will own and drive growth across all marketing channels, with a clear focus on generating leads and increasing revenue.

This role involves:

• Defining and executing growth strategies
• Identifying high-impact opportunities (content, trends, funnels)
• Managing and guiding social media and content teams
• Working closely with the founder on marketing direction

Qualifications

• Strong interest in growth, marketing, and business building
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data for decisions
• Understanding of content, funnels, and user behavior
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with EdTech is a plus
• MBA is preferred
