Role Description – Talent Acquisition Specialist (Home Healthcare Hiring)
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, focused on home healthcare recruitment. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring for roles such as B.Sc Nursing, GNM Nursing, Basic Nursing Assistants (BNA/BSA), General Duty Assistants (GDA), and caregivers.
The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to support homecare services. You will work closely with operations and business teams to understand patient care requirements and ensure timely hiring while maintaining quality standards. The position also ensures a smooth candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for home healthcare roles (Nurses, GDA, BSA, caregivers)
- Source candidates through job portals, field hiring, referrals, institutes, and local networks
- Screen candidates based on clinical qualifications, certifications, and homecare suitability
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for urgent staffing requirements
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare candidates
- Partner with nursing colleges, training institutes, and skill centers for bulk hiring
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain data in ATS
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance checks, and onboarding support
- Strengthen employer presence in the home healthcare talent market
Qualifications
- Proven experience in healthcare or homecare recruitment
- Strong understanding of roles such as:
- B.Sc Nursing, GNM Nursing, BNA/BSA (Basic Nursing Assistant), GDA (General Duty Assistant), Caregivers / Homecare staff
- Experience in bulk hiring and field recruitment
- Strong screening and interviewing skills for healthcare roles
- Familiarity with local healthcare talent markets
- Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment
- Basic knowledge of compliance and documentation requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Healthcare Management, or related field
