Ecommerce Specialist- D2C (FMCG)

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for an E-Commerce Specialist - D2C (FMCG) at Fitspire. The specialist will manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, analyze sales data, oversee customer interactions, and ensure effective execution of online sales strategies. Responsibilities also include optimizing product listings, enhancing online customer experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities for market growth.

• Proficiency in E-Commerce operations and a solid understanding of Commerce and business principles
• Strong Analytical Skills for monitoring sales performance, customer insights, and market trends
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively
• Experience and skills in Sales, particularly in a direct-to-customer (D2C) or FMCG environment
• Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and analytics tools
• Previous work experience in the health and wellness or FMCG sector is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
