We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist who can take complete ownership of end-to-end hiring for blue-collar and operational roles across our gym network.
Role Overview
The Recruitment Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from manpower planning and sourcing to onboarding and post-joining coordination.
This role requires strong experience in high-volume hiring, operational recruitment, and process management. The ideal candidate must be target-driven, structured, and capable of handling multi-location hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and documentation
- Ensure timely closures in alignment with manpower requirements
2. High-Volume & Multi-Location Hiring
- Lead large-scale hiring for blue-collar and operational roles, including:
- Front Desk Executives
- Gym Trainers
- Housekeeping & Facility Staff
- Sales Executives
- Operations Staff
- Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets
- Prevent manpower gaps across gym locations
3. Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Utilize job portals, field hiring, local networks, vendor partnerships, walk-ins, and employee referrals
- Build and maintain a strong pre-screened candidate database
- Develop proactive talent pipelines for recurring and expansion roles
4. Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with operations heads, cluster managers, and department leaders to understand hiring needs
- Provide structured hiring updates and reports to management
- Support manpower planning and workforce forecasting
5. Recruitment Process Optimization
- Track and monitor key recruitment metrics, including:
- Time to Hire
- Cost per Hire
- Offer Drop Ratio
- Joining Ratio
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Maintain ATS systems and structured recruitment dashboards
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of monthly hiring targets
- Reduced Time-to-Hire
- Improved Joining Ratio
- Strong talent pipeline readiness
- Quality of hire and retention levels
- Process compliance and documentation accuracy
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 4 – 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume blue-collar / operational hiring
- Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, staffing, or service industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Proven ability to manage bulk hiring campaigns
- Strong negotiation and offer-closing skills
- Proficiency in job portals, sourcing tools, and ATS systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Target-driven, deadline-oriented, and process-focused mindset
