Operations Manager – Customer Success (Playtesting Delivery)

We work with studios across mobile, PC, and console to deliver high-quality player insights at scale.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of playtesting projects for game studios.

You will be responsible for translating client requirements into structured execution plans, coordinating playtester participation, managing delivery timelines, and ensuring projects are completed within committed SLAs.

This role sits at the core of Lysto’s customer delivery engine, working closely with Sales, Research, Product, and Community teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of playtesting projects from kickoff to completion

• Translate client briefs into clear operational plans, timelines, and recruitment criteria

• Coordinate playtester scheduling, confirmations, and participation logistics

• Track project progress and proactively resolve delivery risks

• Ensure projects are completed within committed SLAs

• Communicate updates and timelines clearly with internal teams and stakeholders

• Maintain delivery dashboards and operational reporting

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and delivery efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, program management, project management, or delivery roles

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or operational workflows

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments

• Strong proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets and operational tracking tools
