Head of Operations – India (Founding Team | Food FMCG/D2C)

📍 India (City flexible) | Full-time | Founding role

About the Role

This is an early-stage, founder-led role with meaningful ESOP upside and high ownership. You will work directly with the founder to build and run India operations across food FMCG brands from the ground up. Best suited for someone who enjoys hands-on execution, end-to-end responsibility, and long-term value creation—not a corporate ladder.

What you will own

• India operations end-to-end: supply chain, packaging, inventory & fulfilment
• Marketplace execution (Amazon, quick-commerce platforms, others)
• B2B & institutional order execution and repeat cycles
• Franchise onboarding operations and readiness
• Managing junior ops staff, vendors, and external partners
• Building simple SOPs and execution dashboards

This is a builder role, not a reporting-only role.

Who this is for

• 5–10 years hands-on experience in early-stage FMCG / D2C food
• Direct experience handling vendors, timelines, and firefighting
• Comfortable with ambiguity, small teams, and founder-led environments
• Motivated by ownership, ESOP upside, and long-term growth
