This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commi (Bakery) located at Heritage Madurai in Madurai. The selected candidate will assist with the preparation and presentation of bakery items, ensuring high standards of quality and taste. Daily tasks include executing recipes, maintaining workstation cleanliness, practicing proper food storage and hygiene, and collaborating with the culinary team to produce menus. The role requires efficient time management and precision in creating baked goods while adhering to safety and hygiene standards.

• Demonstrated expertise in Food Preparation, Cooking, and other Culinary Skills
• Strong knowledge of maintaining hygiene standards and safety protocols in a kitchen environment
• Effective Communication skills for team collaboration and adherence to instructions
• Proficiency in developing and executing bakery-specific recipes with attention to detail
• A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for culinary excellence
• Formal training in culinary arts, with a specialization in baking, is highly desirable
• Prior experience working in a professional bakery or pastry environment is a plus
