Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead large-scale hiring initiatives across technical roles. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in IT recruitment, volume hiring, staff augmentation, and stakeholder management, along with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for technical roles such as Testers, Full Stack Developers, Node.js Developers, Flutter Developers, UX Designers, and Java Full Stack Engineers.
  • Manage high-volume hiring through effective staff augmentation strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
  • Partner closely with delivery and business teams to understand hiring needs and timelines.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, while coordinating with external hiring vendors.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, processes, and metrics tracking.
  • Strengthen employer branding by enhancing candidate experience and implementing outreach initiatives.
  • Drive internal talent fulfillment through initiatives such as Internal Job Postings (IJP) and internal mobility.
  • Monitor resource allocation and bench strength to optimize talent utilization.
  • Explore and implement AI-driven solutions in recruitment to improve efficiency and scale hiring operations.


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 8–12 years of experience in IT recruitment within an IT services environment.
  • Domain hiring exposure in BFSI / Fintech / Insurance is preferred.
  • Proven track record in volume hiring and staff augmentation models.
  • Strong sourcing expertise using job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment databases.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
  • Experience implementing AI-based initiatives or proof-of-concepts in recruitment.
  • MBA / PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
