Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Executive at Aarna Systems, you will be the key person responsible for executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns with a focus on SEO and social media marketing. You'll work closely with our internal marketing team to achieve specific client objectives such as increasing digital sales, lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions. This role requires a strategic mindset, creative thinking, and a results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
SEO (
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization (meta tags, H1s, schema), and technical audits to improve organic rankings
- Execute link-building strategies and monitor backlink health using SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
- Deliver monthly SEO reports with actionable insights tied to client business goals
- Collaborate with content and web design teams to align SEO with UX and conversion optimization
- Develop and execute content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn across 5–8 client accounts
- Create on-brand copy, visual briefs, and engagement strategies tailored to audience personas
- Monitor community engagement, respond to comments/messages within 2-hour SLA, and build audience relationships
- Analyze platform-native insights (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics) and recommend optimizations
- Coordinate with design team for high-performing creative assets
- Diagnose drop-offs in keyword ranking, CTR, CPC, engagement, traffic, or conversions; implement corrective actions
- Deliver bi-weekly client reports with commentary on KPIs and next steps
- Present project insights in internal strategy reviews and client calls
- 2+ years hands-on experience managing SEO & social media in a digital marketing agency
- Proven ability to improve organic rankings & grow social engagement.
- Strong command of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & SEO tools
- Demonstrated skill in troubleshooting: identifying root causes of performance drops and implementing fixes
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English—able to craft compelling client emails, and reports
- Data fluency: comfortable with Excel/Sheets, interpreting dashboards, and making data-backed recommendations
- Agency mindset: thrives in fast-paced, multi-client environments; adapts quickly to shifting priorities
- Knowledge of content marketing strategies and implementation
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems like Hubspot, ClickFunnels or GHL
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
