As we expand our outreach, we are building a dedicated telesales team to strengthen client engagement and lead generation.


Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Manager to help build and lead our telesales operations.

The selected candidate will initially actively participate in telesales activities while building a team of executives, and gradually take on a stronger leadership role in managing the team, training members, and driving performance.

This role is ideal for someone who is sales-driven, experienced in service or consultancy sales, and capable of building a high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop a telesales team of up to 5 executives

• Actively participate in telesales activities and lead generation

• Train and mentor telesales executives

• Monitor call performance and maintain quality standards

• Track leads, conversions, and team performance using Google Sheets

• Ensure the team achieves the KPIs and sales targets set by the firm

• Guide executives in client conversations and objection handling

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients


Requirements

3+ years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or service sales

• Prior experience in consultancy or service-based sales preferred

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Experience in training or managing a telesales team is an advantage

• Target-driven mindset with leadership capability

• Ability to track and analyze sales performance


Compensation

Salary up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
