Internship Opportunity – HR Intern

We are looking for a smart, confident, and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a 6-month paid internship. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee management.

Successful candidates may be offered a full-time position as HR Executive after completing the internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and candidate screening

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates

• Manage HR documentation and employee records

• Support onboarding and employee engagement activities

• Assist in job postings and LinkedIn recruitment

• Maintain HR databases and reports

Requirements

• Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment

• Confident personality and professional attitude

• The HR role requires a proactive attitude and willingness to support overall office operations. The candidate should be comfortable handling both strategic HR tasks and day-to-day administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
