Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager – Mass Hiring to lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding large numbers of candidates while ensuring quality hires within defined timelines. The role requires excellent stakeholder management, recruitment strategy, and team leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring across multiple locations and business functions.
- Develop and execute mass hiring strategies to meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, recruitment agencies, and walk-in drives.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment KPIs.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Conduct interviews, salary negotiations, and candidate selection.
- Organize walk-in drives, job fairs, campus recruitment, and recruitment events.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer-to-Join Ratio, and Hiring Quality.
- Maintain recruitment data and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Collaborate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and employment regulations.
- Strong experience in volume/mass hiring.
- Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and major job portals.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Team management and leadership abilities.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Experience in BPO, Retail, Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare, or Staffing industries is an advantage.
