Role : Executive Program Manager – CEO & MD Office
Location: Noida
Department: CEO's Office
Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & MD
About the Role:
The Program Manager – CEO's Office will serve as a strategic partner and Executive Assistant to the CEO, driving cross-functional strategic initiatives while providing executive support to ensure seamless execution of organizational priorities. The role combines program management, business analytics, governance, stakeholder management, and executive office responsibilities, requiring exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Responsibilities :
1.Strategic Program Management
- Drive and monitor strategic initiatives sponsored by the CEO.
- Translate business priorities into actionable project plans with defined milestones and timelines.
- Track progress, identify execution risks, and ensure timely closure of action items.
- Coordinate multiple high-impact projects across business functions.
2.CEO Office Support
- Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, business reviews, and reports for leadership and Board meetings.
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and business analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Maintain governance trackers for key organizational initiatives.
3.Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Business Heads, Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Corporate Functions to ensure seamless project execution.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks.
4.Business Performance & Governance
- Develop and track key business KPIs.
- Coordinate Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) reviews.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leadership action items.
5.Process Excellence & Transformation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
- Drive transformation projects focused on productivity, governance, digitalization, and business scalability.
- Support change management initiatives across the organization.
6.Data Analytics & Decision Support
- Analyse business performance and generate actionable insights.
- Build executive dashboards and MIS reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Support the CEO with data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- B.Tech (Mandatory) + MBA from a reputed institute (Mandatory), 10 + Years of Experience
