Job Description: Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4–6 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional who can independently

manage end-to-end hiring across functions and levels. This role requires strong ownership of

the recruitment lifecycle, close collaboration with hiring managers, and the ability to deliver

quality talent in a fast-paced environment.

The individual will play a key role in building strong teams while ensuring a positive

candidate experience and efficient hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

 Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across business, investment, operations,

technology, and support functions.

 Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics,

and hiring priorities.

 Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn,

referrals, consultants, and direct outreach.

 Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate interview processes.

 Manage offer discussions, documentation, and joining coordination.

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

 Act as a single point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.

 Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from first interaction to

onboarding.

 Provide regular hiring updates and pipeline visibility to business leaders.

 Coordinate with HR operations for seamless onboarding and documentation.

Recruitment Process & Reporting

 Maintain hiring trackers and dashboards with clear status updates.

 Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and source

effectiveness.

 Work with external recruitment consultants and manage vendor relationships where

required.

Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline

 Support employer branding initiatives, including LinkedIn hiring posts and campus /

internship programs.

 Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for recurring and critical roles.

 Contribute ideas to improve hiring efficiency and quality.

Requirements

 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in a start-

up, financial services, real estate, or consulting environment.

 Proven experience in managing end-to-end hiring across multiple functions.

 Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and job portals.

 Good understanding of compensation discussions and offer closures.

 Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

 Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability.

 Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organization.
