Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time Internship
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in identifying and hiring top talent. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Support recruitment-related administrative and operational activities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and online job portals is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition.
