Contract Duration: 6 Months

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Work Mode: Work from Office, Monday to Friday (Availability on Saturday for Virtual hiring drives as applicable)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring team across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support job postings, offer coordination, documentation, and joining formalities.
  • Assist with recruitment drives and other talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls and WhatsApp.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Willingness to work from our HSR Layout office, Monday to Friday.
