Job Description: Junior Project Manager( Classes 1 -8 ) & NEET  Expert

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
For Junior Project Manager(1 - 8 ) & NEET Expert to oversee the development of educational content for Classes 1–8. In this role, you will act as both the central project anchor—connecting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), DTP operators, and freelancers—and the primary gatekeeper for content accuracy Biology/Science content accuracy. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project timelines, sourcing external talent, ensuring strict curriculum alignment, and enforcing rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Checks (QC) to ensure the delivery of a flawless, high-quality final product.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination & Workflow Management

Timeline Management : Plan, track, and manage content development schedules for Classes 1–8 any project from concept to the final print-ready/digital file.
Task Allocation: Assign daily targets and project specifications to in-house technical teams, content creators, freelance  and external vendors.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks in the production or review cycles and implement corrective measures to prevent printing or deployment delays.

2. NEET  Content & Stakeholder Management

SME & Freelancer Alignment: Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and resource/onboard top-tier freelancers (authors, proofreaders, and reviewers) to scale up production capacity.
NEET Level Benchmarking: Review and enhance Science/Biology content to ensure it builds a strong foundational conceptual base for future NEET aspirants, integrating ( Science , biology , chemistry ) multi-conceptual and competency-based questions.
Design & Technical Coordination: Coordinate with Desktop Publishing (DTP) operators to manage complex layouts, diagram placements, and ensure the absolute integrity of scientific equations and labels.

3. Rigorous Quality Checks (QC) & Quality Assurance (QA)

Multi-Stage Error Elimination: Perform absolute-ownership review checks across all stages—manuscript level, first editing proofs( first Dtp proofs checks and all stage of book making like editing, Style sheet , review, comparing  ) page-proofs, and final binder/PDF proofing—to completely eliminate typos, conceptual gaps, formatting anomalies, and technical blunders.
Strict Checklist Enforcement: Establish and enforce comprehensive, objective QC checklists for the editorial and technical teams, leaving zero room for assumptions during the verification process.
Root-Cause Correction: Review and analyze frequent lapses in the check pipeline to implement permanent, structural fixes to team workflows before files reach the factory level.

Technical Proficiencies

Office & Tracking Tools: Strong command over MS Office and Google Sheet  (Word, Excel) and modern project management software.
Publishing Workflows: Deep familiarity with DTP workflows, typesetting guidelines, and precise PDF annotation/markup tool.
Domain Expertise: Thorough understanding of the NEP / NCF  K-8 Science curriculum (NCERT/CBSE guidelines) coupled with a strong familiarity with the core structure, diagram expectations, and question patterns of the NEET syllabus.
