Stipend & Duration

• Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
• Internship Duration: 2 months

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or preparing for MBA entrance exams, with a genuine interest in learning about startups and the commitment to dedicate time to this internship (not a part-time opportunity).

Role Description

We are looking for a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Intern to support end-to-end hiring, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication. The intern will work closely with the hiring team of the startups, gain hands-on exposure to startup recruitment, and learn structured hiring practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Recruiting to support end-to-end search and selection activities.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interviewing skills to interact effectively with applicants and hiring stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail when handling candidate data, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Comfort with using online tools and platforms for sourcing, tracking, and communicating with candidates.
• Interest in the startup ecosystem and talent acquisition; prior internship or project experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
