Job Summary

We are hiring a high-performance Senior Recruitment Associate to support hiring for Virtual Assistants and other business roles. This role is focused on front-end recruitment execution—identifying, screening, and qualifying candidates before they move to advanced interview stages. The ideal candidate is fast, detail-oriented, and has strong judgment in evaluating communication, professionalism, and role fit.

This is a target-driven role requiring consistency, ownership, and the ability to maintain quality while handling volume.



Responsibilities

Sourcing and Pipeline Management

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Maintain a consistent talent pipeline to support 5–10 hires per month.
  • Track and manage candidates using Google Sheets (ATS implementation planned in the future).

Screening and Evaluation

  • Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on defined role criteria.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate:
  • Communication and clarity
  • Professionalism and attitude
  • Role understanding and relevant experience
  • Apply structured screening frameworks rather than relying on gut-based decisions.

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and minimize candidate drop-offs throughout the hiring pipeline.

Candidate Experience

  • Represent the company professionally during all candidate interactions.
  • Clearly communicate the role, expectations, and hiring process.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience, even for rejected candidates.

Process Discipline and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Track key recruitment funnel metrics (Applications → Shortlisted → Screened → Selected).
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively flag quality issues.

Qualifications

Must Have

  • 2–5 years of recruitment experience.
  • Strong spoken English with clear and professional communication skills.
  • High attention to detail in resume screening and candidate evaluation.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks without compromising quality.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Good to Have

  • Experience hiring for healthcare and virtual assistant roles.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals.
  • Basic understanding of structured interviewing techniques.

Work Details

  • Location: Starts Remote, changed to Hybrid in October – Gurugram
  • Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
  • Employment Type: Full-time

Logistical Requirements

  • Quiet and well-lit work environment.
  • Laptop with a minimum of 8 GB RAM and an Intel Core i5 (8th Generation) processor or equivalent.
  • 720p webcam and a good-quality headset.
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.
  • Smartphone.
