About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruitment Intern to support our talent acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment processes and exposure to various HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
RespKey Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
- Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.
- Assist in onboarding activities and documentation.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offer letters.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring events.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Prior internship experience in recruitment is must.
