Job Description

Pramac, part of one of the world’s leading gas generator manufacturers and the third largest diesel generator producer globally, is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to support the Regional Leadership Team in driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness and talent development across the Region.


PRIMARY SCOPE AND GOALS


The Regional HR Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to the business, translating regional business objectives into effective HR initiatives.

The role is focused on supporting growth, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement, while ensuring alignment with Group HR policies and local labor regulations.


MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES


  • Act as a trusted HR business partner to the Regional General Manager and regional management team.
  • Support the Region in defining and executing people and organizational strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Managing recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and supporting onboarding and succession planning processes.
  • Support performance management, goal-setting and appraisal processes across the Region.
  • Partner with managers on talent development, leadership development and training initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, labor law matters and local compliance.
  • Support compensation, benefits and incentive processes, ensuring consistency with Group frameworks and regional market competitiveness.
  • Promote a strong company culture, employee engagement and change management initiatives.
  • Monitor key HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, diversity, etc.) and provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Ensure consistent application of Group HR policies, procedures and internal controls across the Region.
  • Support HR projects and transformation initiatives.


EDUCATION & SKILLS


  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role within structured environments.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR practices, with the ability to operate across multiple countries.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into people solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
