About The Opportunity

A remote-first role within the HR Tech and Talent Acquisition / Career Services sector that partners with startups and growth-stage companies to deliver end-to-end hiring solutions across India. This internship offers hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and recruiting operations while working with distributed hiring teams.

Primary job title: Talent Acquisition Intern

Role & Responsibilities

Source and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search to match active and passive candidates to open roles.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video screens to assess candidate fit and readiness for technical or hiring-manager interviews.
Manage candidate data and workflows in the ATS, ensuring accurate status updates, interview notes, and timely follow-ups.
Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring teams, prepare interview packs, and capture structured feedback.
Support employer branding and job marketing efforts by drafting job posts, sharing openings on social channels, and tracking campaign performance.
Compile basic recruiting metrics and candidate summaries to help optimize sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-fill.
