Role & Responsibilities
- Source and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search to match active and passive candidates to open roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video screens to assess candidate fit and readiness for technical or hiring-manager interviews.
- Manage candidate data and workflows in the ATS, ensuring accurate status updates, interview notes, and timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring teams, prepare interview packs, and capture structured feedback.
- Support employer branding and job marketing efforts by drafting job posts, sharing openings on social channels, and tracking campaign performance.
- Compile basic recruiting metrics and candidate summaries to help optimize sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-fill.
