About The Opportunity

A remote-first role within the HR Tech and Talent Acquisition / Career Services sector that partners with startups and growth-stage companies to deliver end-to-end hiring solutions across India. This internship offers hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and recruiting operations while working with distributed hiring teams.

Primary job title: Talent Acquisition Intern

Role & Responsibilities

  • Source and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search to match active and passive candidates to open roles.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video screens to assess candidate fit and readiness for technical or hiring-manager interviews.
  • Manage candidate data and workflows in the ATS, ensuring accurate status updates, interview notes, and timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring teams, prepare interview packs, and capture structured feedback.
  • Support employer branding and job marketing efforts by drafting job posts, sharing openings on social channels, and tracking campaign performance.
  • Compile basic recruiting metrics and candidate summaries to help optimize sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-fill.
